alright lets start off:
the kip up starting was just extending knees and letting everything else at the same position wish is completely unrealistic and anyone can do
for the rest i didn't like the arms thing
doing it without raising and lowering arms would be more realistic coz irl you dont drag your self back using your arms to kip up.
for the crowd awakener it would be better if you did a spinny thing to set the jump.
anyways i didn't like the right shoulder holding and right elbow relaxing on the opener
they made it look rusty af
to raise your self up you did a superman thing instead of raising both of your arms
your legs also looked so rusty. they would look ok if you contracted your knees earlyer.
the landing was meh
try to land on your feets.
overall you need to work on the smoothness of your moves,flow,transations and landings
