Yeah. A lot of mobos have 6 slots for ram. If you buy ram at 4 gigs per stick, you can get 24 gigs. This is REALLY expensive though, cuz a 4 gig stick is a bit more expensive than 2x2gigs.

Well actually no. Reviewers who have gotten early release have been disappointed with the 400 series. Apparently the best of them is only comparable to the 5870, which is not even the best of the Evergreen range. And when Radeon release their Northern Islands graphics cards in Q3 they will completely fucking rape Nvidia with their 28 nm fabrication.
