just a fyi,i am running fallout 4 in ultra settings with an occasional
1-2 fps drop,my system is phenom ii x4 965,xfx r9 270x 4gb gddr5,
2x4 gb ram corsair vengeance 1600,120 gb samsung evo ssd,gigabyte
ud3 990 fxa,corsair tx650 watt psu.

I'm just saying that if a 7 year old cpu and a 2 year old gpu can do it,
you can do it without overpaying.
How do we know that he won't buy a 4690k and GTX 970 in the next few months though? My point is we should ask him :P

Samuel do you see yourself buying an unlocked Intel CPU anytime soon to overclock?

And Mongius he was considering a Pentium so yeah he might be planning on overclocking in the future.

Idk at the moment, but I'll consider doing so if I get better PC cooling.
