Question regarding ranked matchmaking
Are the random tier X packs for platinum tier based on how well you do in the ranking?

i.e. if you get rank 4 plat tier would you get the best tier x pack? and if you got rank 150 plat would you get one of the least valuable?

or is it entirely random
