Either 2nd hand Wacom or monoprice for that much. You can snag a series-old Intuos large, or a new quite large monoprice.

Generally just get the biggest you can afford.

HUION is a good choice too, but they're kind of at a lower level than Wacom. They have good tablets though, so you should check them out.

Monoprice sells rebranded HUION, so if you're looking for low price, keep in mind those 2 are basically the same thing. There's a few others too, Turcom comes to mind.

Some other like VisTablet make their own.
