Why you want to Join:
Blackbelt Minimum
RECRUITING SYSTEM:
You must receive four Vials of Blood to get in.
In order to recieve these Vials, you must be tested by Goldeneyes,
or myself, you must be able to defeat one of us in testing grounds of 3/5 wins.
You then apply.
Then you must receive four votes,
for every vote you get you recieve a Vial of Blood.
When you reach four Vials of blood your automatically in.

im sorry but you do not qualify to join, you are under the belt minimum.
