I'm interested in aikido, can someone teach me how to disqualified the enemy easily?

Go for the legs but mostly try and knock them off balance so they have to waste time regaining their balance instead of countering your move.

i like to get lots of points of the start by hitting fast to the head then playing unaggressive then they often will make a mistake then you capitalize. Basically i get the points dont do any risks and force them to take a risk oh and going for a leg grab or even just a kick to there legs works wonders
