In my eyes, this forum is really Outdated and would like to share my suggestions.
Pls Read it to the end.

Change the Vip freatures and update the Forum.
-You Cant look up your own threats / Post without Vip? Should be for every user Avaible.
-Search Shut be for Everybody.
-Do A Vip forum like for Market etc. have when you finish ViP.
-Greater Avatars // As currently only ViP and signature and background of a post.
-Bann People who are selling TC without exception // Tori only loses money in.
-A Shoutbox
-Recent Topics.
-A Client area where you can look up its Subscribtions.
-Stop Use vBulletine and use for the forum IPs
-Remove Thats tags at Mods / Replays Scripts its just looks ugly as hell.
-Notifications If somebody quoted your post or if you got to PM.

There are still more things, but those are the main parts.
Toribash 5.0 is to come, but the forum is still in the state in 2000.
If I am not mistaken yes "uses the Toribash Community much the Forum."
But what should constitute much supposedly Outdated like nothing other.
I also have no problem with these 10 € (if one wants to say something) or so but we are in 2016 and the Forum is just "bad as shit"

One should simply times bring the Forum to a new stand, this is my opinion ^^
- At best just update it to IPs and stop using bad Forum Software ^^ #vBulletin
