cool eyebrows and hair
the shading is nice
the eye zone in the other hand looks weird i think the eyes are a little bigger than normal i dont know if its just me
and there is just some prespective errors in the face but they are minimal
nice work overall hope to see it finished soon

Basically everything Kradox said; The shading is nice, the hair is nice, but the eyes are really big for the size of the head.

A little update,
Edited eyes and hands

It's a nice update,
but she still looks pretty skinny and hair normally doesn't have that big a part.
She also has way too big cheek bones personally.

Red=darker shades
Blue=(light direction?)



you have a very good foundation
but you should add more values to the picture the shadows should be consistent throughout the face
If you can i would use an eraser to add some soft highlights to the nose
if not i would use darker shadows to create the look of highlights
possibly look over where the light is coming from (i havnt see the original picture)
those be my tips for this
