wat r u posting? this is not COOL screenshot. it jus a Non Sense screenshot.
like valt said,u should add some effects to make it looks cool (sharpen,blurs,filter blah blah blah)

it depends on ur program tho.(lot of ppl use photoshop to editing screenshots,bcuz i cant buy it so im using paint.net. if u dont have photoshop,i recomennding u to use GIMP)
