It only seems to work on your heads, not mine, or any others... What are you using to make these? Its saving them wierd, which is possibly why its not uploading to the head updater because it detects that it is a different bit size or encode to what it should be.

I've just been using "the gimp" the same way slainveteran said to use it, load template .tga, paste the copied image into it, then I'd have to flip it, then save. My other head would get uploaded, even though it had the same problem...

Ducky, the encoding is wrong on that tile methinks... its 64k and it should be about 48k

Hmmm... seems to be right here, but thats still odd. Does it work ingame? I cant be bothered checking
