Not always true. There are certain ways to break your neck joint by pulling with enough force to cause a dismemberment with 100 dt.

classic. to practice you can lower the dt to 50 then work your way up. i dismembered my head at 200, but i lost the replay due to a blue screen

Here's a easy way to decap yourself:

Hold all
Lower left shoulder
Contract left elbow
Relax left wrist
Grabby left hand
Extend neck
Contract abs
*20* frames
