I can't even count the number of times someone has asked this question. I will tell you now but next time use the search function, please.
First download the mod you want. Go into your Toribash folder. Then go into the data folder that's in there. Then there will be a mod folder in there. Put the mod file into the mod folder. After that open the file called Torilaunch. Torilaunch should be in your Toribash folder. When you start it up there should be a list of mods to choose from. Click on the one you want and then click the button that says Start Toribash.
