I swear piercings are all in the mindset. If you get a piercing and are unsure whether or not that flappy bit down below is a penis, then you're going to end up playing with it awkwardly, look at it in the mirror/reflection constantly and are therefore percieved as feminine due to your self conscious state of mind.

But when bikies and the likes stick big fuck off bars through their nose and rep it like no tomorrow, that shit is manly.
So I think any piercing can be manly, just depends on whether you fucking love it or are unsure about it.
That's why I've paused on starting to stretch my ears. I would love to end up with a 22 full ivory circle stretcher kinda thing worth heaps, in ma left ear but I wouldn't be sure about the starting stages and I reckon I'd look like a noob.
