When we item duel,we sometimes get the problem of one not sending item after losing.Why not have item duel command ingame where you can select the item you want to duel with from your inventory,the losers item gets sent to the winner easily that way.

Not really supported because I have seen sometimes when an item being disappears, I just have a feeling this would do the same.
