okay,i am so lucky internet finnaly worked.

so heres what happend

important edit!!!!_____also when it froze and i restarted computer said i had a virus named trojanhorsegenral-20.
THING IS THAT ITS A VIRUS FREE SITE IVE USED FOR YEARSmore editz
ALSO REMEREMBING that it says private data may be lost,but i havent lost anything yet.

my mom was working on school for like 10 hours straight and had tons of shit open and drawing and mapping programs ect


then she leaves house for a bit and i decide to log on to my account and go to youtube,i start watching a video then internet freezez.im like k,it happens.then,

i open task manager and delete running internet because it wouldnt close.


also edit*forgot to say that my windows bar at the bottom of the screen dissapears after i start clicking on warnings.

then,a thing that pops up has something to do internet explorer update.exe

and then it says

low disk space thing popsup

then it says cant find hard drives

like atm there are 2 windows in my lower right windows thing sayying ERROR

windows cant find hard disk space-this one keeps popping up.

the other on says im running on low disk space.

now,what confuses me is that occasonly a warnging pops up that says my RAM is getting overused and basicly none is left,but i checked my c drive,says i got 80 gigs left.

also,i clicked on warning sign

says


cant read 40%of c drive

cant read hdd/hddd space

cant fix problems

cant fix bootup thing

whats even weirder

is this is how my pc starts now.




1.i start pc,no problems.

2i log on,no problems.

3.after about 10 secs

i get all those warning signs

and a warnig like no disk in drive

cannot find 40003994xxd-234234 something

then it says

cannot index files to hard drive requires restart.so i restart,and same thing.

also,if i click on internet before the warnings pop up,it opens,but super fking slow.

but,if warnings pop up,and i try to open anything at all besides like documents it says problem opening application.

PLEASE HELP ME
sorry for the bad typing kinda scared kuz its my moms computer.

Seems your computer has been really dang'd. I Googled trojanhorsegeneral-20 and apparently it's really bad.
Try this: Get an anti-malware, boot into the Safe Mode, start a full system scan there, and delete the trojan from there. If it's not working, do a full system format. Make sure to backup files.
