alot of my friends that play this game want a dragon ball z mod where you can maybe click the hands to shoot fireballs(that are yellow of course) id make it myself but when it comes to modding im an ub3r noob..does anyone think theyre good enough to make it?

Impossible. Also, there's a mod request thread specifically made for suggestions like these.
