I've heard, members with VIP can scroll up ingame text? Can they? Should I buy VIP to be able to do that?

I'm not sure if it is what you mean but in Toriash 3.99 It is "Tab" button to make chat larger and for 4.0 It is The button with these symbols "`Ќ" And it is "Page Up" and "Page down" to scroll text, You do not need VIP or ToriPrime for this function

Although this should not put you off buying VIP It is very Advantageous

you need a mormal cpu like me.the VIP ingame does not matter.just press page ip.it works with all cpu's that have the key.

it's probably from the kind of one you're using.or there's no type of works for your cpu on it.
you do not need this anyway.you can just ask them to repeat it.

The chatlines command can be useful. /chl 15 for example, will expand the scope of the chat to 15 lines.
