i would say no.
exemple:when i download a file that take 1gb space it take 600-800mb of data download

Not necessarily. The data that is sent to you is usually compressed in some way to reduce the amount of data that has to be sent. There is also a number of factors such as block size that mean that the same file on different storage mediums may take up different amounts of space anyway.
