Make the sig wires clickable to go a link?

I'm guessing you mean making a sentence/word into a hyperlink for your signature?
If so, type what you want to be clickable and highlight it.
Then click on this symbol:
Paste the link of whatever you want in the box that appears. That should make your sentence/word clickable.

Actually, first click on the "Insert link" button and paste a link. After that you'll have something highlighted in the text. Just type the words and it will be converted into a hyper-link.

To do this in plain text, copy paste this into your signature and add the link and text yourself:
