Jimi Hendrix
I've not yet met anyone who outright dislikes this man's music.

Greatest guitarist of all time, who played the blues like no-one else.

I remember the days when he was jsut a kid.

Once upon a rocking time, a kid walked upon the stage.

People were concerned and stunned, wondering what the boy was doing up there.

Behind his back, he took out a guitar, raised his pick, and brought it down on the guitar, letting out several riffs that sent chills down everybody's spine.
Fonzie be with you.

wow. several things wrong with this post.

1. You are 15.
2. Jimi Hendrix learned to play as a teen.
3. That last paragraph is completely random.

Jimi hendrix was awesome and influential but there are others who are better :3.

srv is hot shit :D He was heavily inspired by hendrix btw

there's no question that SRV is a better technical guitarist. Jimi was by no means the fastest player, but as a musician and a performer, Hendrix is pretty untouchable.
I disagree. While hendrix was creative and influential, there have been other guitarists that have built upon his achievements in ways that are unimaginably awesome

You're right, but one would still say that the Beatles are among the greatest bands of all time not for their technical precision and musicianship, but for their tremendous influence. Hendrix was the same, therefore, greater than many if not all of his "ancestors" if you will.
