I saw a movie on about it half

It included 2 black guys, Tony and Mike who are friends since high school
and 1 white guy the Torch, who is secretly a heroin addict and he is the brother of mike.

Mike got tony involved into the mafia, risking the lives of his wife and his daughter and he kills mike in the end with a painful goodbuye, and toch dies un-naturally by the product (heroin) of tony.
