You should add a small skull, but not in the center. Otherwise, it will ruin everything.

Looks ok, could use some more values and contrast. 6/10, mainly for the simplicity in it. I think a lot more could be done, even though it does look pretty good.

Not a big fan of the teeth, and the font is horrible, perhaps use official toribash font, and also, I don't like the copy and paste skull on the eyepatch, make your own, it will be epic, and the eye, isn't bad.

6/10 for now
