control with only keyboard
it is usually being hard to control with mouse since we must change the point of view first

is there a way to control all joints with only keyboard? such as binding joint movements to specific keys, for example;
shift for extending and alt for contracting q for left glute and e for right glute. With combination of shift + q to extend left glute etc.
I don't believe it can be done without hevering your mouse over the joint you want to move, but if you do you can use the following buttons to move joints:

Z: Contract/Extend selected joint
X: Hold/Relax selected joint
C: Hold/Relax all joints
V: Grab with both hands
B: Toggle ghosts on/off

also, CTRL + Z to go back to the joints of last turn

they are configurable, and at first were thought to be used on numpad
but since you can config, you can set it up any way you desire, even vim-like
