what should i do?

turn on shaders in the settings menu

i mean the screen
how i change it like the picture?

as in the head? if it is then go to shop and look in textures buy the texture ( head texture ) it cost 2k after that go in your textures and upload a 128x128 texture or 256x256 , 512x512 but make it at those sizes in gimp found at www.gimp.org and photoshop which isnt free but you can buy or get the 30 day trial at www.adobe.com

it takes away the scores and than "press space when ready to move" thing.

you must activate shaders :/ there is reflection on the floor.

yeah .. that's i mean .. what i do?

press esc go to setup/options/ tick the shaders button

now you should have shaders activated, if you don't your GFX card does not support shaders.

i did .. but the floor didn't change .. what i do?
