and I heard they put the price that high so Hector couldn't buy it, so therefore he wouldn't have every item in Toribash. So in other words, Toribash made the ultimate trolling on Hector.

Hector was the market keeper (not market squad) and he had a shop in market that got a lot of tcs. Hector was became the famouser russian in toribash story. He had an account shop too (legal accont shop). When It's was ~summer 2011 he has left toribash and sold his account to a stranger.

The item has been made to his honor long time ago, It's like Llama luck item etc.
