Wielding Your Arm
Well, people demand weapons, so here's a weapon for them!

Increase starting distance from 100 to something like 150.

Hold All
Raise Right Shoulder
Space
Lower Right Shoulder
Extend Right Pec
Contract Left Pec
Right Turn Torso
Contract Left Elbow
Set Left hand to Grip
Space x 4

Now, how to actually use your newly-freed arm is a subject of debate

As a variation, also contract your left wrist after the first space. that just rips your hand off and attaches it to your shoulder :P

For me, these steps put his hand on his shoulder with him on the fast track to keeling over. it takes a raised shoulder and an extended elbow from this to actually seperate the arm, but he still is falling over.
