if u buy Toriprime/VIP u can change that to whatever u like. i think if u got TP only text and if u got VIP u can add images.
youre able to buy a text for tc, but it costs 200k. or u just need good contacts to an admin which is so nice and changes it then.

There was an event, as Bojan said, which was to design a usertitle for your clan.
Part of the prize was being able to use said usertitle, and it was given to all members at the time.
Images don't tend to be something any admin will add for you now

For clarification on what Erth said, just so you know, VIP you are able to change text and there is no longer support'ation of images in Usertitles.
