I really like the way the forums are now besides like 2 things, The fact new replies to a thread are the last page instead of the new threads showing up before old, i feel like its weird and kind of inconvenient to have it like this. The second is to format all the options to be a little less like a wall of foreign text and bright emotes. Both really tiny complaints i guess but still, does anyone else think this would be just a nice thing to have?

About the first thing, you can change the way threads are displayed at your options page in your userCP (link here).
Look for this category under trade display options:

Open the dropdown and select "Linear - Newest First". There you go, new posts appear on the first page.

About your second point, assuming you're talking about the same options page in userCP, I agree that options could be cleaned up a little bit. Some options are also further explained in FAQ pages which are deleted as of now. A revision would indeed be a good idea, even if only to remove the redundant links and info.
