Nah. Secret gets all pissy when I use my 'noob clap', but a noob clap would just be hold all + contract pecs. I at least add a little variety, of course it's a relax-all move. I like to add in a small touch, maybe some contract wrists, and if I feel like preparing for a turnover, I may extend my glutes and contract my knees, but I don't always go so fancy. Sometimes I like to just keep it simple.
