It is relatively straight-forward. It just takes a long time (to render).
Check out the Toribash to POV-Ray tutorial for instructions (and use the forum search function). You need to export your replay as an animation, use Ctrl+F7 I think.
Then when you have rendered all the frames in POV-Ray using the instructions in the tutorial, use a program like Virtual Dub (google it) to turn then into the movie clip.
I am only giving the highlights as this has been asked and answered a few times already, using the search function will show you.

If you make a movie, I'd be happy to convert it into Flash with a fancy pre-loader and all the what not for free!
