Transparent texture are allowed or no?

YES / NO

They can be partially transparent not entirely.

So what's the answer then.

I think I heard you can only have like 40% transparency per tex a few years ago

Textures are allowed to be partially transparent provided the impact of your art doesn't lower the competitiveness of the game. Example; if most of an area is invisible, that's not allowed. If it's touches of transparency for artistic purposes, it's okay.

Basically if it's annoying to fight you, you've used too much.

Transparent Feet or Hands are the most common and are pretty ok. But, it's generally annoying for both parties, and you are better off only having small amounts of transparency that still show the texture so that you have an idea of what you're doing with said body part.

Answer = Yes, but don't over do it.
