Challenge Uke
Maybe more advanced version for the Fight School of Challenge Uke.

Look, I understand. Challenge Uke were meant for new players to challenge it, however. You could just add a new section for Challenge Uke, either Easy, Medium, Hard, Insane, Expert or more.

Also it would be good if you could challenge uke in multiple mods. Not just aikido.
