Can i change game stats like frames at the time of game without starting new game

No, no you can't. If it wasn't that way the game would glitch out.

just save the replay and open it in notepad or texteditor, then u can change easily everything, u can add disemberments, more frames, self damage all that stuff.. there is a tutorial in the tutorial section just search it

... Change the everloving shit out of that number. I could've sworn there was a way to do it in-game, but i can't remember it for the life of me.
