I need ideas on how to distribute stats for my pokefier program.

With the knowledge of:
-age (therefore year of birth)
-gender
-Western zodiac starsign (and it's element)
-Chinese zodiac animal (and it's element, as well as the year of birth's element)
I need a nice way to distribute stats so they are reasonably variable from individual to individual.

There is also another peice of information which is whether the year of birth is a Yin or Yang year. Was thinking Yin to be more mental and Yang to be more physical which could be a starting point.
