when i do /co ip port it just says Connected to IP :Port
/jo just says not connected everytime

Try restarting your router(s)

Sometimes your router will just die out for no reason and most cases you just reboot it.

Also your internet doesnt determine how fast your game runs.

I do that often and it doesn't fix the problem
