Here's the fastest without moving Uke.

This is removing Uke's head with my shin, which I'd count as a kick. I don't know if it should be considered for the record, though, on account of the head grab, but there's nothing explicit stating that that's not legal. 26 frames. Could do it in 25 or less with my knee.

Lucas... 1: The decap was 30 frames, which you could easily have checked, and 2: You moved uke, which invalidates you for this record.
