Just go online somewhere and find one, that's what most of the community have. If you want a custom one made for you look for a shop that does them in the Art/Textures section. Although don't expect people to make them for free.

Stop asking people in here, I already told you to go to the Art and Textures section, I just went there and I have already seen 3 shops selling custom avatars. If you don't want to pay money for it then just get one off the internet.

just buy one and quit asking people for free stuff. THAT's what youtube is for =D
