You mean when you try to join a room?

Make sure you have the requirements to join the room if it requires qi. Also make sure you don't have a firewall blocking toribash.

What room were you trying to join? Try a private room and tell me if it works then.

ya i have a firewall but i allowed it through and it still doesnt work

turn off your firewall then, let TB go through. also, did you reinstall toribash yet?
