your probably missing a file of some sort in your toribash folder.

the 3.7 beta is out thats how and as far as your problem goes you need to reinstall

the same thing happens to a whole bunch of people, the problem isnt with a missing file. that happened to me with 3.6 and i reinstalled at least 10 times. :|

its a problem with the driver i think.

That's a graphics driver issue. Download a new driver to fix it.
