I need my current head texture updated to 512x512. Do it however you like, the requirement is for it to be 512x512 and to look significantly better. Obviously if I'm not satisfied with it, I am not going to buy. The main point is for the head not to be blurry after resizing. If you're desperate, you might try to create something new that fits with the rest of the set, but I will not pay extra, and I am well used to my current head, so you should probably restrain yourself to updating it properly.

Budget is probably around 10k and subject to change (either lower or higher) depending on whether I like the new head or not.
