I have an Arm Throw that manages to hit Uke in the shoulder from 600 away, it then removes his arm and beats him around the face. I am going to share it so people can help me improve it
also, a lot of friends have asked me about it, and I have spent a little while working it all out, so please constrctive critiscm only. Maybe it isnt amazing, but I put a fair amount of time and effort into this.


Start Off at 600 away from Uke.

Hold All.
Raise Right Arm
Lower Left arm
Contract Pecs
Relax Both Elbows
Grab Hands

Space x 3 (should rip off left arm)

Hold All
Ungrab the right hand
Raise left Shoulder
Contract Left Wrist and Elbow
Extend Left Pecs

Space x 2

Ungrab Left Hand
Extend Left Elbow and Wrists
Lower Left SHoulder
Contract Left Pecs

Space x 20

Grab Hands
Contract Right Elbow
Raise Right Shoulder

You should have flung your arm onto Ukes Head. Now do whatever
