keep it simple, use the same concept that you used for the head.
one creepy aspect per appendage. so like plain skin

make the legs plain skin, then the legs are actually hands, holding the leg.
a hand mapping around the leg, with muscle protruding out from the hand.
the same way as the mouth is mapped around the head.
the muscle can look like streaky bacon, easy
try make the hand look like its gripping it though

ignore the long nails, only noticed that i need to chop those back after looking at the photo.


should be a challenge =)

please change that, it looks like every mans one eyed monster, with teeth
cannot be unseen
make the eye part of it look more like an eye, make the iris and pupil more solid, so it matches the dark lines on the head

would eyelashes help too
