if i play single player ukes head is completly white and that sux

i have the same problem. Tori and ukes head is gone.

try /dl uke

And /dl tori aswell.
Note that if you are downloading in single player that it migth take a while till it downloads all the stuff.

it says downloading textures and items for uke but nothing happens ;)

Yea, you have to wait till it actually downloads the stuff.

My suggestion: go into multiplayer ans spec on a server, then /dl uke, that'll download uke's stuff a lot faster.
