Do you make mods out of coding or in Mod maker?
Someone please explain, I really want to learn how, but I don't know if you use coding or Mod Maker.

You don't need to code anything to make a mod no matter how "advanced" it is.
You can find tutorials on making mods in this board, I highly recommend looking at them (look at the threads that are stickied)

This actually says that you need to open things in notepad for triggers, but I get where you are coming from.
