First download Either C4d or Blender. Then download the tori-rig. Animate. Export. Upload.

Also you should know that if you don't even know where to download blender, you don't have bigger chances of making such avvies, it will require quite a lot of time before you at least learn how to use blender.

Also you should ask questions in begginer's sanctuary, not in tutorials section.
