I think it's fair to say that you've been inspired by fate's textures.

The head with the red has a weirdly oval eye and unsymetrical eye, also the eyes are wayyy too far apart. its not very obvious that the teeth at the bottom are supposed to be teeth, because they blend in too much with the skin. The hair has spiky ends and round ends, which makes it look weird. The white highlights you added over the hair should go witht he flow of the hair to make it look better. the random light red with the black border over the hair looks weird and out of place. The rainbow gradient is used badly.

You can make a much more high quality texture if youre a little more patient and care about things like that
