ugh got a virus
So what's the best free anti virus? I was smooth sailing without an AV for a long time, since about January, so that's why I got the virus, so I dled avast since it's free but not sure what ones the best for getting rid of a virus alredy there?

i use combos..... avast and yahoo and avg...dont get norton it sux ballsacks.yahoo antispy for internet, avast for one cmputer avg for the other... avast has saved my ass from trojans maybe 8 or 9 times a month fpr the past year.....never downloaded anything onto the avg computer so dont really know to much about it

If you have Comcast, then you can go for the Mcafee that comes with a comcast package free. On google and stuff, it evaluates websites if they are safe or not.
Otherwise, AVG.

I believe Avast is the best and free AV choice. And I agree, don't ever get Mcafee :V
