Hey, I see the room in tourney get 10tc per win and the beginner room give 10tc per win too. So I join tourney because if I win the whole game, I get the price. Is that okay for me to not to join the beginner room?

Just because you're a beginner it doesn't mean that you're obliged to join the beginner servers.
Most servers are open for you to join, except Private, "Ultimate", "Pro" servers etc..
