Well go into single player and test out what each joint does, lumbar is pretty simple it just moves your torso left and right, abs make you do a hump motion and so on.

Like Learny said, Practice makes perfect. just tinker for a bit. Ive been playing for 4 years and im not all that great, It takes time ^^
